Tame the Tension In Your Life!
Imagine standing at the base of your mountain of stress with only a pen as a weapon. Then, like a sword, you strike your pen left and right until only a small heap of anxiety remains. This simple act of wielding the pen (or keyboard) is a powerful new tool in the war to manage stress and optimize health.
In this workshop, you will learn how to use writing as a stress management tool to tame the tension in your life. Using the all new four-step Write It Away method, you will tell your “stress” story, write an affirmation to support behavior change, action-script a stress management plan, and reflect on “lessons learned.” You will leave the workshop with renewed commitment to enhance your health and well-being with writing.
