All who attended felt privileged to have the opportunity to visit Unity Village and to be of service."

The affirmation is, “I relax into the peace of the present moment and allow Spirit to fill my life.”

ENLIGHTENED LEADERS PROGRAM - The Enlightened Leaders (EL) Program’s next event will be on Thurs, Aug, 12th at 8pm in the sanctuary. Brian Luke Seaward, Ph.D. will present “Stand Like Mountain, Flow Like Water: Reflections on Stress & Human Spirituality”. This webinar is offered free to our community as participants in the Unity Worldwide Ministries Enlightened Leaders program. Also for those of you that participated in 1 or more of the 3 previous Webinars, please take time to provide the EL leadership team feedback by taking an anonymous survey at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/L7FHFPT .
BLOCK PARTY - The community sends a HUGE THANK YOU to Jamie Fisher, the Block Party team, the musicians, all those that lent a hand, all who attended, & all who donated to or bid for the Silent Auction. The Silent Auction raised $26,000. The Invoices & Thank You letters for donors that show “who won what” in the Auction are ready for pick up today. If you donated to or bid at the Auction, please stop by the table & get these from the Block Party team. After July 25, these will be mailed out.
CIRCULATION DAY ON AUGUST 14th - We are having our 2nd annual Circulation Day. We bring what we no longer have a use for to share with others, & we take what we can use. Note: No money changes hands. ENLIGHTENED LEADERS PROGRAM - The Enlightened Leaders (EL) Program’s next event will be on Thurs, Aug, 12th at 8pm in the sanctuary. Brian Luke Seaward, Ph.D. will present “Stand Like Mountain, Flow Like Water: Reflections on Stress & Human Spirituality”. This webinar is offered free to our community as participants in the Unity Worldwide Ministries Enlightened Leaders program. Also for those of you that participated in 1 or more of the 3 previous Webinars, please take time to provide the EL leadership team feedback by taking an anonymous survey at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/L7FHFPT .
BLOCK PARTY - The community sends a HUGE THANK YOU to Jamie Fisher, the Block Party team, the musicians, all those that lent a hand, all who attended, & all who donated to or bid for the Silent Auction. The Silent Auction raised $26,000. The Invoices & Thank You letters for donors that show “who won what” in the Auction are ready for pick up today. If you donated to or bid at the Auction, please stop by the table & get these from the Block Party team. After July 25, these will be mailed out.
CIRCULATION DAY ON AUGUST 14th - We are having our 2nd annual Circulation Day. We bring what we no longer have a use for to share with others, & we take what we can use. Note: No money changes hands. FALL RETREAT IN CAPON SPRINGS - Unity of Fairfax & Unity Center of Light at Bowie, MD are co-hosting the fall retreat at Capon Springs, WV on Sept 10-12. The theme “Rising in Love” will be presented by Rev. Diane Scribner Clevenger, founder of Pray Attention Ministries (www.prayattentionministries.org). FREE DEBI SMITH CONCERT! Join Unity of Fairfax Connections for a Free Debi Smith Concert on August 6 at Royal Lake Park, 5344 Gainsborough Drive in Fairfax, VA. The concert starts at 7:30PM & we will car pool from Unity of Fairfax at 6PM or you can meet us there at 7PM at the smiley balloon. Bring a picnic, chair or blanket & flashlight.
